ARENA 2010 is the 4th edition of the workshop on the detection of ultra-high energy neutrinos and cosmic rays via radio or acoustic methods. The aim of the conference will be to review the state of the art of the technique as well as of the theoretical predictions of fluxes, and to discuss future prospects in this field. The workshop will bring together theorists and experimentalists to present the latest and most relevant theoretical and experimental results.

ARENA 2010 follows the previous meetings:

The conference was organized in plenary sessions. The program covered topics in:

The sessions of the conference were held in the morning and afternoon, structured around short presentations (~ 15’) and longer invited presentations (~ 30’), followed by breaks of questions and answers.
